I've gone to this location for several years and I've always been pleased with the atmosphere as well as my haircut. But these last MONTHS have less than pleasant. The "new" manager is loud, talks too much, and even stops cutting hair in the middle of a cut to chat with other stylists and customers. I, as well as other customers, look up when she will not be there before coming in. You guys should really reconsider your manager for this location as you are loosing customer confidence.

This review is strictly dealing with my Online check in experience. I scheduled an online check in at 10:15am. Estimated wait was 50 minutes and my suggested time of arrival was 11:01am. At 10:43 I got a text saying my stylist should be available in 10 minutes. I arrived at the salon at 10:53 and found that my selected stylist had taken another client and I had gotten bumped in the line and would have to wait another 24 minutes. My 50 minute wait turned into an hour and a half wait because I followed the instructions provided by Sports Clips. The online check I was pointless because I had to stay and make sure I didn’t miss my spot again.
